1. What Excursion Manager is
Excursion Manager is software-as-a-service (SaaS) for excursion operators. Operators use it to manage boats, trips, crew, maintenance and revenue. Excursion Manager is provided by BB Trading Concepts.
2. What EXCURSIONS.MV is
EXCURSIONS.MV is the tourist-facing booking-request platform powered by Excursion Manager. Tourists use it to browse an operator's published excursions and submit booking requests. It is a booking-request platform — not an operator, tour guide or travel agency — and it does not itself provide the excursions.
3. Independent providers
Excursions listed on EXCURSIONS.MV are operated by independent providers. Each provider is solely responsible for the excursion itself, including scheduling, safety, equipment, crew, pricing, cancellations, refunds and compliance with applicable local law. BB Trading Concepts is not a party to the excursion contract between a tourist and a provider, except where BB Trading Concepts is itself the provider.
4. Booking requests are not automatic confirmations
When a tourist submits a booking request, it is a request only. The provider must explicitly accept, decline or send a counter offer. No booking is confirmed until the provider accepts and — where a counter offer was made — the tourist confirms it. Availability, price counter offers, and cancellations follow the rules displayed in the provider and tourist apps.
5. Payments and refunds
Payment for the excursion itself is handled directly between the tourist and the independent provider, unless the provider explicitly states otherwise in their listing. Refunds, disputes and post-trip outcomes ("Trip took place" / "Not fulfilled") are handled by the provider under their own terms.
6. Pro subscription and activation
The Excursion Manager Pro plan is billed to the workspace owner via PayPal (€10 / month or €89 / year). After payment, the owner sends us the workspace Install-ID and receives a personal activation code, which unlocks Pro for the whole team. A 7-day free trial is available and does not require a credit card. Invited team members do not pay separately.
