1. Who we are
The marketing website is operated by BB Trading Concepts. Full operator details are in our Legal Notice page. For general questions contact info@bbtradingconcepts.com. For privacy questions contact privacy@excursionmanager.app.
2. Scope
This policy covers only the public marketing website. It does not cover the separate provider application at app.excursionmanager.app or the separate tourist booking experience at tourist.excursionmanager.app. Those services have their own privacy terms presented in-app.
3. What we collect on this website
The marketing website does not offer newsletter signup, contact forms, account creation, comments or any other input where you submit personal data to us directly. We do not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts or third-party tracking on this website at this time.
4. Hosting and technical logs
The website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. and its EU affiliates), which acts as our hosting and edge network provider. As a normal part of serving any website, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, the URL requested, HTTP status, user agent, and timestamp. This processing is necessary to deliver the site securely and to protect it from abuse.

6. Related services
Excursion Manager, EXCURSIONS.MV and the independent excursion providers listed on EXCURSIONS.MV are separate. When you use the provider application or the tourist booking experience, additional data is processed by those services — including account, booking and payment data — under their own terms shown in-app. Payment for the Pro plan is handled by PayPal; the marketing website itself does not process payment data.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of data related to the provider or tourist apps, email privacy@excursionmanager.app.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
